Customer Service Consultant - Team Leader

Short job description

With hours ranging between  8am – 5pm, and no weekend work,  we boast a friendly, energetic and hard-working office environment within the pest control industry.

You will be responsible for leading a team to provide the highest level of customer service to our valued customers at all times, from taking bookings and reservations, through to courtesy calls and reminders for our VIP customers for their follow up treatments and services.

Some administration duties can also be expected.  

To be successful in this role you must:

  1. Have experience with inbound and outbound customer service
  2. Have good data entry skills
  3. Pride yourself on your communication skills with a Professional phone  manner
  4. Be warm, Vibrant and friendly toward our customers and our staff
