Melissa Sefton

PMO Manager, Pacific Region

Melissa joined the Flick Family through an acquisition in 2013, into a Branch Manager position. Within two years she progressed to an Operations Manager based in Brisbane. From there Melissa held several positions as HSEQ Manager and B2C National Project Manager.

Following her project management flair, Melissa is now head of the Flick Project Management Office (PMO) for the Pacific Region, where she works on projects that benefit Flick employees and customers.

Shaun Azhar

General Manager, Greater Sydney

Shaun started his career with Flick as a Customer Care Consultant in the Sydney Call Centre, which sparked an interest in the pest control industry. Not long after, he began training to become a licensed Pest Technician servicing both commercial and residential properties. Shaun then progressed into the role of a Field Service Supervisor which led him into Operations Management transitioning into a successful branch manager for one of the largest branches in Australia.

Shaun has now been with Flick for over a decade, progressed through over 6 roles, and is currently the General Manager – Central Region.

Elizabeth Stanton

SMART Field Supervisor, Sydney

Elizabeth started her career with Flick as a trainee technician in 2019. After completing Flick’s RTO Traineeship Program, she became a licensed Pest Technician servicing the commercial sector. Elizabeth progressed into a Senior SMART Technician where she serviced commercial sites with SMART Digital Pest Control.

Most recently, Elizabeth has been promoted to SMART Field Supervisor where she looks forward to growing and educating her technicians about SMART devices and technology.

Aidan O’Donnell

Regional Technical Manager, South Region

Regional Technical Manager, SoAidan joined the Flick Family as a Pest Technician in 2019 through the acquisition of MLC Pest Control. Aidan was swiftly promoted to Field Service Supervisor for the Sydney branch, part of the Central Region. In 2022, Aidan was promoted to Regional Technical Manager - South Region where he focuses on training technicians in residential and commercial pest control, including preconstruction and SMART Digital Pest Control.

Recently, Aidan completed his induction with the RTO to become a registered trainer and is looking forward to seeing new pest technicians progress through Flick’s RTO training.

Joshua Addison

Pest Technician, Adelaide

Joshua joined Flick in 2019 as a Customer Care Consultant in the Adelaide Call Center and immediately showed interest in becoming a Pest Technician. Joshua became a licensed Pest Technician through Flick’s Traineeship Program, which is run through Flick's internal RTO. Joshua now spends most of his time on the field of commercial premises implementing SMART Digital Pest Control.
